Software License Shortq.link - Free Shorten Url & Free Biolinks Platform

This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Tukanglink99, the provider and owner of shortq.link (“Licensor”), and the individual or entity using the services provided by shortq.link (“Licensee”). By accessing or using the software, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the services of shortq.link, which includes URL shortening, biolink creation, and QR code generation, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Licensee agrees to the following restrictions:

  • Licensee shall not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software provided by shortq.link.
  • The software must not be used to violate any laws or regulations, including but not limited to, distributing harmful content, engaging in spamming, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or attempt to extract its source code, unless explicitly permitted by law.

3. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the shortq.link platform are and remain the property of Tukanglink99. Licensee’s use of the software does not grant them ownership rights to the software or any associated materials.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The shortq.link platform is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. Licensor makes no guarantees that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure. Under no circumstances shall the Licensor be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

Licensee acknowledges that certain information may be collected during the use of shortq.link, including URLs, biolinks, and usage statistics. All data collection will be in accordance with the Privacy Policy found on the shortq.link website, and Licensee consents to the use of their data as outlined therein.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee breaches any of the terms outlined herein. Upon termination, Licensee must discontinue all use of the software and delete any copies of the software in their possession.

7. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Certain features of shortq.link may be subject to payment, as detailed on the pricing page of the platform. Failure to pay the required fees may result in termination of access to premium features or the service as a whole.

8. SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Licensor is not obligated to provide technical support, updates, or upgrades for the software unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement or service plan. However, Licensor may offer updates or improvements at its discretion.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the Licensee’s use of the software.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
